This privacy policy for GamingBuddy applies to all who uses GamingBuddy and its services. This privacy policy regulates any handling, including the gathering, registering, disclosure etc. of personal information that GamingBuddy gains access to through your use of GamingBuddy.

These informations, except your IP-Address, are always visible to other established users of GamingBuddy.

The personal information can also be used by GamingBuddy with intention of maintaining and optimizing the platform. Given that you have consented, the personal information can furthermore be used by GamingBuddy to send you marketing related material.

GamingBuddy reserves the right to remove your information in case of abuse, violation of the GDPR, other contract terms or use by unauthorized individuals and/or used for criminal malintent. GamingBuddy cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer because of a change in GamingBuddy, or the discontinuation of the website or the services contained therein, or because the platform is completely or partially inaccessible.

6. Information regarding children under the age of 13

GamingBuddy’s services do not contain any information of any users/children under the age of 13. It is impossible for a child under the age of 13 to sign up as a user on GamingBuddy.
